I specialize in providing treatments designed to help you achieve deep relaxation and balance. Each session begins with a short Nidra Yoga, which gently prepares your body and mind for the treatment. At the end of your session, I guide you out slowly, encouraging renewal awareness of your body and breath for a calm and guided finish.

My advanced training allows me to offer specialized treatments, including fertility and Pregnancy Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift as well as Cranial Reflexology.
For clients presenting with physical symptoms, I also provide my Spinal Reflexology combined with Yoga Therapy, incorporating tailored Techniques to address specific concerns.
I am passionate about my holistic therapies and have personally benefited from treatments, I am always looking to further my learning and expand my training and knowledge.
